Question by cargo pilot: Can “Plastic Surgery” Help Large Surgical Scars On My Daughter?
My young daughter has 4+ large scars on her legs from surgeries that she is very ashamed of. Is there anything a reconstructive surgeon can do to reduce or eliminate these scars? What could the reconstructive surgeon do for her?

The answer is “maybe”. Sorry to be vague, but the only way to know is for the surgeon to actually evaluate her. A skin graft MIGHT be an option.

Question by ashuhlay: I have an issue. my left breast is noticeably larger than my right one.?
I know this is not abnormal and I should love myself etc etc… However it is making my life a little difficult than it should be. I was looking into it and I definitely do not want to have surgery, I would like to try out the “Breast Actives” they seem to have really good reviews and so far no bad side effects. I was just wondering will enhancing my breast make the unevenness worse and will it help even out?

Thank You So Much!!!

I promise that these supplements are a scam. Further, they won’t make them even. Don’t waste your money.

Question by Dolly: Breast Enhancement question?
Ok…I was thinking of getting a boob job. I don’t have the money for it but I was planning on saving some and all the side effects scare me because there’s way to many. So I think saving for it, I don’t know how long it will take me to save some good money, well…let’s say years, lol…it’s not going to be worth it for all the side effects I may get, even death. “HOW SCARY!” Well…I heard from this breast enhancement, “BRAVA” I went into their website and started reading. So I really believe it can work by looking at some pictures and reading some results from women. So I’m thinking of maybe giving it a try & I’m hoping it can really work. I really didn’t waned to get the boob job, all the side effects scare me & I don’t even got that kind of money. I just would love to have a bit more to feel good in sexy outfits, even though I don’t look bad now, lol…I’m also trying to get in modeling, I’ve heard good news but It’s just for me, to feel more confident.
Well…I just waned to know if the product “BRAVO” really works & what people think of it, all the info please. Well hope to hear many answers soon. :)

Thanks…….?

Any surgery has risks, and of course they have to tell you about everything that might go wrong. But as surgeries go, breast enhancement is usually pretty problem-free. Good luck to you.

Q&A: Fat stem cells as an alternative to breast reconstruction surgery, what are your thoughts?

Question by littlevivi: Fat stem cells as an alternative to breast reconstruction surgery, what are your thoughts?
Just read this article after my husband was telling me about it, and I wonder what everyone thinks about it, and if it will ever get past the experimental stage? If you don’t trust the link, just do a search on “stem cells for breast enhancement” or “stem cells for breast reconstruction”

It will pass the experimental stage. The question is: when?

Stem cell research is in it infancy. They really don’t understand them and are trying to get the first grasp of how the cells work. So if they make this work soon, it will be by accident or luck.

Why do you all assume that plan b and next choice are an abortion pill? They’re not? READ THE INFO?

Question by *Laura*: Why do you all assume that plan b and next choice are an abortion pill? They’re not? READ THE INFO?
I mean the ignorant people that say “I won’t kill a living thing I won’t kill a baby don’t take plan b don’t take it it’s like an abortion”" are the ones I am talking about. Here’s some direct info from the next choice page, and it’s just like on the plan b page, same info. I wish people would stop being so ignorant about it and realize it’s not the abortion pill (RU486) It’s just an emergency contraception for if the one you use fails or you just neglect to use one (stupidity yea but still). My question is,after reading this information, why do so many ignorant (I mean ignorant as in not knowing) people still think it’s the abortion pill?

The plan B pill is NOT what everyone makes it out to be. No,it’s not like an “abortion pill”. It simply induces a period so the lining of your uterus sheds therefore preventing anything to implant If implantation has already happened,it won’t hurt anything. I see a lot of women referring to this as an abortion pill, and it’s not. The only effects I’ve had from it (I’ve had to use it twice) is tiredness, and pms type symptoms the next day. They go away over a few days though,so no big deal. You can get abdominal cramping from it,and yes,I used next choice as well. I’m gonna post the link to the page so you can get more info, and so all of these ignorant people who think it’s like an “abortion pill” can get their facts straight. FACTS ABOUT THIS PILL-

The sooner you take it, the better your chances for success.1

Next Choice is a generic product that contains levonorgestrel. It is pharmaceutically equivalent (bioequivalent) to the two tablet Plan B® product. Next Choice is available without a prescription for women 17 or older if you show your pharmacist a valid government-issued ID proving your age. If you are 16 or younger, a prescription is required.

You need to know that Next Choice should not be used as a substitute for birth control methods or as protection from sexually transmitted diseases.

Next Choice

* is not an abortion pill (RU-486)
* is not effective if you are already pregnant
* does not offer protection from HIV (the AIDS virus) or other sexually transmitted diseases
Important Safety Information

Next Choice® is not effective if you’re already pregnant, and it will not terminate an existing pregnancy. Next Choice does not protect against HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Side effects may include nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, changes in your period, dizziness, and breast tenderness. If your period is more than a week late, you may be pregnant. If you have severe abdominal pain, you may have an ectopic pregnancy, and you should get immediate medical help.

http://www.mynextchoice.com/ READ THE FACTS PEOPLE,PLAN B OR NEXT CHOICE IS NOT AN ABORTION PILL,AND DOES NOT KILL A FETUS
If you didn’t read the question people, I am happily married thanks. We chose to use plan b rather than bring another baby into this world we can’t afford or take care of,and I don’t want to give my baby up for adoption. A part of me would always wonder “what is this baby doing now”. I would NEVER abort, but plan b IS NOT ABORTION. IM MARRIED,SO the one rude about the married comment was really hateful for no reason.
Yea,I’ve used it twice. ONE TIME SIX YEARS AGO PEOPLE. One time just this week. SIX YEARS APART. It’s not like i use it as birth control. When I see my OB for my yearly,I’m going to be put on birth control,or am I evil for that too? :)
I’ve never used it as a normal form of contraception. Why would I want to do that to my body?

Q&A: Why are there so many “male enhancement” pills but still no miracle pill to enlarge breasts?

Question by JAS: Why are there so many “male enhancement” pills but still no miracle pill to enlarge breasts?
Seriously. The breast enhancement pills and creams have never worked for women. What happened? Now there’s hundreds of pills for male enhancement, and Viagra is even covered by insurance! Classified as a “medical dysfuntion.” Isn’t it just typical? If this were a man’s problem, breast augmentations would become medically covered under every health insurance plan. Double standards are alive and well. Thoughts anyone?

Q&A: I need a breast reduction! But too embarrassed to tell parents… please help!?

Question by Lily T: I need a breast reduction! But too embarrassed to tell parents… please help!?
Yes, my boobs are constantly making me suffer physically, emotionally and socially!

I’m 17 and a 36 DDD cup and have been cursed with large breasts since 12. For the last 5 years of my adolescence the situation has only worsened. All this time I’ve been very self-conscious and depressed because other kids at school rejected me and called me names. When I’m out in public I get stared at. Plus my relatives all comment about my massiveness.

My parents have very different attitudes towards breasts than me – mum thinks “bigger = better”.

I wanna tell my parents I need breast reduction surgery, even tho it’s very expensive (00 or more) and Medicare won’t cover it. I want to stop this perpetual suffering and have the operation when I turn 18. I hope it can be a reward for completing school, instead of a new car or a holiday to USA they proposed to me. But I’m also v. embarrassed to tell them my secret.

BTW, I also wasted 0 on “Alexia Breast Reduction Pills” that didn’t even work !

It means it will arrive in a plain package with no business name. No one will know the contents or where it came from. But I warn you…..these things are all BS. They do not work. Save your money.
